Even before the update to 18.5, I noticed all my events (past/present/future-recurring/work and personal items are gone.
I followed the information online to try to get them back. I also looked on iCloud to restore but they are all gone from there too, just like others have experienced.
This had all my appointments/events…etc,
Any ideas…? Maybe the FCC will know more.

Troubleshooting Lost Events:
Syncing Google Calendar and iCloud Calendar:
If the were syncing through a third-party (i.e. Google Calendar), then it may be a syncing issue. To sync Google Calendar with iCloud Calendar, you'll need to add your Google account to your Apple device or subscribe to your iCloud calendar within Google Calendar.
