Can't find shared purchased apps with Family Sharing on iPad

So I feel like this is a really easy fix but im not finding any information about it anywhere.

basically I’ve bought an app on my ipad and it shared it to my phone of course, now i want to share it to my family I’ve enabled purchase sharing but when i open the App Store on the other devices I dont see anywhere where I can install the paid app when I watched a tutorial on the internet it says to go to App Store>theirpfp>purchases>”my”account after that the app should appear to be able to install it for free but because the tutorial was outdated the purchases tab is probably now purchase history when i open it there is nothing about the family sharing so basically where can i go in the app store to inatall purchased appsthat are bought on another family member

(idk if this really matters but I bought the app before joining the family)
