Unable to connect with the helper app

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Shortcuts automation feature on my iPhone. When I try to run the automation “When I receive a message with the text ‘Code’ from Sberbank,” I receive the following error: “Unable to connect with the helper app.” As a result, the automation is not completing successfully.
