Google Chrome app "Restrictions Enabled" when nothing is enabled?

I have seen atleast 10 people with the same exact issue with either Apple news or Google chrome. Currently I have this issue with google chrome.

So earlier in the day wednesday 30th july 2025, around the afternoon my chrome app disappeared from my ipad home screen and so i checked the app store for chrome and saw it needed an update, i pressed the update button and watched it update until it said "open" but when i pressed open it gives me the message "restrictions enabled" indicating my chrome app is not seen anymore until it isn't enabled? im not sure, but i've asked ai, searching up on the internet for solutions and tried every possible thing. I've checked screen time restrictions, ensured my apps were 17+ (the requirement for chrome), i turned it off, disabled screen time entirely n then i searched up the app spotlight for ipad it wasn't there, the app list, it wasn't there. even on my storage list chrome wasn't there, it isnt anywhere to be seen other then the appstore where it says "open" but keeps on giving me the same message/error, despite the fact i updated my ipad to the latest version today and also restarted it countless times. i want to try and uninstall it then reinstall but i am unable to uninstall apps off of the app store. before ending this i think it is notable to say that my little sister faced a similar problem with her youtube app and it disappeared off of her home screen due to "restrictions enabled" she tried everything like me and it didn't work until she said after a few weeks it suddenly came back. What am i supposed to do? Wait a few weeks for chrome to come back or please, is there a definite answer and solution.

i have also noticed that many other people say the solutions lies within changing the region of your ipad, or your keyboard. I used to have arabic, japanese and english as a keyboard but i removed arabic and japanese. I live in the UAE so my region is set to UAE, I tried setting it to the USA and UK but to no avail, it still isn't working and this "restriction" thing is still enabled, i tried putting it back to UAE and it's still not working even though my ipad is updated and there is ZERO restrictions whatsoever in my content and privacy restrictions.
