rozen Apple Watch 9 screen unresponsive despite restart, reset, and support chat; issue resolved after charging

my screen on watch 9 froze for a few days, the crown and the side button worked but the screen was non responsive. nothing i tried worked and couldn’t fix it, i tried the restart, the reset, charging... even chatted with someone from support and they recommended to take it to service. Luckily i was traveling and i left it aside for a few days till i get home, it emptied in the meantime, and i charged it and magic happened after it recharged, it is working again. So i was wondering since the apple support chat didn’t help if anyone knows if there are bugs in the os version- mine is 11.5 (22T572)?
