Viewing blocked messages on daughter's iPhone with a no contact restraining order

Daughter has a no contact restraing order for an exbf. She has him blocked so messages cant get through but we feel like sitting ducks not knowing anything he is planning. Is there a way we can view the messages and he still think he is blocked? We want to know if he is making active threats to report while at the same time discourage him from making contact.

No, a blocked contact will not be delivered to the device. The sender of a message is not notified when they are blocked by the recipient. If you unblocked the person, they are also not notified that they are no longer being blocked. If you did unblock a person, you would want to disable Read Receipts, as that would be an indication that a message that was sent has been read by the recipient.

When you block a specific contact or phone number, messages from that person or number aren’t delivered. (The person sending the message doesn’t know that their messages are blocked.)
