Imap in Apple mail on all my devices stopped working

Since the weekend my imap account with Gridhosting states ‘unable to verify account name or password'. However, I am able to log in using webmail with the same credentials.


I have downloaded and installed the host profile but still get the same message.


My other imap accounts are working with other service providers, so I am at a loss to understand what is actually wrong.


Any ideas?

iMac 24″, macOS 15.5
