Problem with a phantom image after highlighting text with pencil pro

This image show my problem with Books in iPad Pro 2024 (with iPadOS 16.8). After highlighting with Apple Pencil Pro a text, a phantom image remains. I have to close the PDF and reopen in order to remove the phantom image.

Is there any solution? Thanks
