Having issue with iMessage and FaceTime after phone number update on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hello, today I change my phone number from +359 *******2 to +359*****67 but i have problem with iMessage and face time for the moment. Is it possible help me to associate the phone number with my profile in iCloud?
