Unable to receive YouTube notifications on my iPad Pro

My iPad Pro M4 11 not receiving youtube notifications

i tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, no change

in the settings the youtube notifications is enabled

I switched off all the subscriptions and switched back

Is there any solution to this problem?

i saw other people with the same problem but with no fix
