Fios TV app is not working on my iPad says "we cannot authenticate your account"
suddenly last night Fios TV mobile kicked us out of our IPads. We deleted and reinstalled. We keep getting the message “we cannot authenticate your account”
we contacted Verizon…and determined it’s not Verizon, because it works on our non Apple devices.
this is beyond frustrating.
