Reset the Bluetooth Module:
Use this Command in Terminal:
sudo pkill bluetoothd
Boot in Safe Mode:
In Safe Mode, Login Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. What happens when you perform this on a new user on your Mac? If you get the same issue, it’s an issue with the entire Mac. If not, then it is an issue pertaining to this user.
Probably not it, but in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders, check that there is an entry for Music and that it has the Removable Volumes switch turned on.

Yes. Apple tech said everything is setup correctly
Only way music app will play from audio cd is if I plug headset into audio jack or disconnect bluetooth headphones
