Use the Home app to trigger a Shortcut app automation?

I’d like to run an automation (living in my Shortcut app) when all family members have left home.

From what I can tell, the “when all family members leave” trigger only lives in the Home app, while my automation only lives in the Shortcuts app. Any way to bridge the gap?
