Grey blank email body in iPad's non-iCloud inbox

The inbox on my ipad has a problem. The emails come in but the body of the message is a grey blank screen. If i delete it i can read the message in the bin folder but if i send it back to the inbox it disappears again. This is happening only on my other email address not my iCloud email. I have tried alternative settings and restarting the ipad. If i do restart the ipad the emails disappear only to return randomly later sometimes. I can read the emails fine on my desktop, it’s only my ipad that has this problem. I have noticed that they synch and messages that i delete on my ipad delete on my desktop. How can i fix this issue?
