Siri and HomePod not recognizing my voice for SoundCloud playback

My husband set up our HomePods a couple of years ago. He used his voice to do everything to get them working. I’ve never had issues getting them to play my music until recently. Usually now whenever I try to play SoundCloud, Siri turns it off after a few seconds. Everytime. And when I tell Siri to continue playing SC it says it doesn’t recognize my voice and go to home app to turn it on. We have gone through this numerous times and it throws up “Unable to complete procedure”. Or along that line. Any advice or suggestions?
