iPad scanning putting lines under addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses

To prevent the automatic creation of hyperlinks, try adjusting the settings in the Notes app under Settings > Notes > Recognize Addresses, Dates, and Phone Numbers. This should disable the feature that adds lines under these specific items when scanning.

This is not Apple Intelligence. They almost certainly will disappear when you email it unless they have a device that will add them. Go ahead and send it.

There is no such setting. Also, the correct path to settings for Notes is Settings>Apps>Notes. I think whatever AI you're using is out-of-date.
