Text size really small within iTunes library

Windows 11, iTunes, my library of songs, even the store, the text size remains small and cannot be changed. I Googled to see how to increase the size and it said to go to Edit, then to Preferences, then General and look for Source Text and set to LARGE. However, no change. I've attempted to change the text size through my Window 11 control panel but no matter what I do, the text remains small in iTunes data panes. I have eyesight problems already. How can I increase the size of the library text? 07/29/2025.
