Garageband on MacOS disabling active preset on Line6 pod go

I have this problem - sometimes when I use "STOP" or "Jump to start" button, it somehow disables the preset I have on my Line6 pod go that I use as an audio interface. Take a look at the video, any ideas? I don't have this behaviour in Audacity. I am using a Macbook air m4 base model, I also recreated the same issue on another freshly set up Macbook air m1.
