About to throw Macbook out of the window eternal no recognition of password

Apple mail at some point switched, instead of being able to send email from one of my four accounts, I could only pick ONE. Today i sent out an email but forgot to use the correct one. Now every 2 min the email pops up with a box, enter your apple password. I have a million times, says it’s incorrect. I changed my password on all devices, same thing. Because of this box, I can’t even delete the email draft so it continually pops up. And yes I restarted my email. This issue with my Mac not recognizing my password has been happening for MONTHS, not matter if I change the password or not.

It is. It finally went through, the closing and reopening of my ICloud email account. That stopped the same email from popping up. However, I was just online and the same message in a box pops up, “ Apple Services Can’t connect to your account.” I enter my password and it says it doesn’t recognize the password or user ID. I just changed it today.

Hi and thanks for writing. I closed and reopened my iCloud email account. That stopped the same email from popping up.
