How can I change the default email address when sending an email from my iPad?

How can I change the default email address when sending an email from my iPad? Right now it automatically uses my Apple ID as the “sent from” address.

Tap on the "Cc/Bcc, From" line, then on your email account and select a different email address from the list.

If you have not added any other email accounts, you will need to add them before they can be used.

Go to Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Mail ➜ Mail Accounts ➜ Add Account.
