"Call Failed" when making FaceTime audio calls on my new Mac

New MAC 24 (Sequoia 15.5) would show "Call Failed" when attempting to make FaceTime audio calls.

The fix was to disable Voice Control which immediatly solved the issue and restored FaceTime calling on my Mac.
