Where can I find the old colour palette in the backup files in Seagate 8TB drive on MacBook Pro?

I had to do a clean install of Sonoma 14.7.6 and re download Numbers from the App Store.

Where can I find the old Colour Palette in the backup files on my Seagate 8TB drive?

It is essential to get the original colours back to match new chart lines with the older ones so as to finish a long term calculator/charting project.
