Unable to add full albums to my Apple Music playlist on Windows

I'm using the windows app and I turned off the "Sync library" option while trying to fix another issue I was having. But now I can't add full albums to my playlist. Every time I try to add an album to a playlist, it only adds the songs that I had favorited beforehand, and if the album that I tried to add wasn't favorited, then I'll get an error message at the bottom of the screen. I've tried restarting my PC, deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing will work. Can someone please help. please pleaseplease.
