Fake app in app store

I finally decided to download chatgpt to my phone. I went to app store, and saw what looked like the app and downloaded it.. immediately i realized this was a fraud, and with minimal research i see a company that uses multiple alias is pretending to be chatgpt 5.0 for iPhone. the company is Nextgen, or Tech SG.. is there a way we can alert apple and they prevent such bad players scamming customers?
