Every week or so, all of the cards and passes disappear from the wallet on my watch. They are all still on my phone. I have to restart the watch to get them to mirror again.
I think this creates a terrible impression to people who don't have an Apple Watch. Is it just me, or do lots of people have this problem?

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
If this does not work, set the watch up again as a new device, without using the latest backup:
