Chicago Tribune on Apple News not working - HELP?

I have an account with the Chicago Tribune newspaper. I can log on to their site, open the e-edition etc. I was able to use the same credentials to see Chicago Tribune articles in Apple News+. I am a subscriber to News+.

In the last few weeks the articles are asking for my login credentials and not accepting them. This used to work. I would have to sign in periodically, but once accepted I could read any of the News+ articles. I’ve tried this on multiple devices. I’ve cleared my Cache. I get a pop up box indicating I can’t sign in due to a network failure.

I can’t figure out how to contact Apple to either report this issue or request help. Being that News+ is a paid service, I would expect there to be some way to get help. Mark - w*****@***.com

This used to happen randomly to me and then started happening every time there was a Chicago Tribune story that required a login. The logins stopped working and I could rarely read a story unless it wasn’t subscription only. On top of that their billing became very erratic and even though I had locked in a price every three months I started seeing larger amounts pop up on my credit card. Unfortunately this has been going on for a couple years and every time I thought I had it straightened out it would happen again. I finally have just given up and canceled my Chicago Trib subscription altogether.
