MacBook doesn’t turn on no apple logo only starting sound is coming from it

Charging light is showing orange when i am plugging in i used LEFT SHIFT, CTRL, OPTION keys with power button to boot it up the sound is coming but no capslock light, screen is black and the starting sound without boot logo is continuously coming and then charging light turns to green
