I am concerned that this may be a hardware issue with your display cable. This is a known problem with your model MacBook. If your MacBook is still under warranty, I recommend that you have it serviced. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you.
Dear Apple Support,
My device is only 2 months out of warranty, and it has developed a hardware issue related to the display cable. I was informed that the repair would cost nearly half the price of the entire device.
I feel quite unsatisfied with this situation, as the problem seems to stem from a hardware fault rather than user misuse. I trusted Apple's reputation for quality and durability, and I believe this issue may be due to a design flaw.
I kindly ask if there’s any possibility of support or a partial coverage, considering the short time since the warranty expired and the nature of the issue.
Thank you for your understanding.
