Continue Watching feature not working on Apple TV

I am not sure what happened over the last couple of weeks but Continue Watching has stopped working as it did.

It doesn’t keep track of shows you are watching (AppleTV+, Paramount +, HBO Max, etc). It was very good about keeping track of where in a show you were, if you had completed watching it.

Now fails on every aspect. Doesn’t recall where you were and when you are done, it does not move you to the next episode.

Add to this, changes to HomeKit breaking existing features. Not sure what’s going on but it is sure frustrating!!
