Photos app and or iCloud has somehow replaced 119 photos and videos of the Aquarium with color gradients

I went on a vacation to Georgia back in May and most of the photos I took look fine, except for the 119 photos and videos I took at the Georgia Aquarium one afternoon. These have somehow been replaced with blurry color gradients as you can see in the attached screenshot. All of them looked fine while I was taking them in the Camera app. It was only later that evening that I noticed they had been replaced/corrupted. The audio portion of the videos still plays correctly, but the video themselves look like the photos do -- just random blurry colors. If there's any way to restore these to the way they looked when I took them, I'd be very grateful to hear about it!
