Unable to pair my Apple Watch after resetting it.

My Apple Watch 9 had an unresponsive touch screen. That issue with the watch seems to be fixed but now I am having issues repairing my watch with my phone. It just keeps telling me pairing failed:-( I have read so much the past few days

and tried everything suggested but no luck.

I am here asking for help!

thank you,

Brad

If you followed all of the listed steps there, then the next step would be to contact Apple Support. See this list of methods from another ASC forum user.

Best Way

Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad - you can contact support directly from the app, and the tech will have (with your permission) access to diagnostic data on your phone

Other options:

(Note that both of the above have options to receive a callback or chat)
