I'm living in Croatia but since im getting into college soon and i need a laptop. I was thinking of buying the M4 13'' in Austria because the same model is almost 200€ cheaper. I'm just wondering if it's possible to get a VAT refund on Macbook because of the fact i'm not living in Austria plus because of the 100€ student discount.

Ask your country's tax authorities about VAT refunds and import duties.
