Changing internet shortcut icon on macOS 11.7 Big Sur

The internet shortcut has no connection (via right-click menu) to getting information. These are the only options. The previous method of drag&drop on the image icon inside Get Info is therefore unavailable. How else is this done?

Get Info should available by right clicking on the App icon in a Finder Window or on the Desktop, not from the icon on the Dock.

With that said, assuming by "Internet shortcut" you mean Safari, you cannot change the icon for that.

You can change icons for other web browsers like Firefox, Chrome etc... but not for Safari.

If you mean something else, then please clarify.
