Apple Watch Series 10 - AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss

I have just purchased an Apple Watch Series 10. I see in the US they have just announced AppleCare One as well as AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss on the iPad and Apple Watch. Does anyone know if this is coming to the UK? I have 60 days to purchase AppleCare but want to hold out as I would perfer to the Theft and Loss protection.
