Apple Music (PC) - Cannot add individual songs, only syncs entire library to iPhone

I cannot seem to add individual tracks/songs from Apple Music to my iPhone even when I have checked the "Manually manage music, movies, and TV shows" box in Apple Devices.

Previously in iTunes, this was a very simple process of simply dragging and dropping from iTunes to iPhone.

Any ideas?
