iTunes is failing to recognize my devices on PC.
I have restarted my iPhone SE 3rd gen and iPad 8th gen, restarted my PC, tried a second cable, checked the USB drivers, reinstalled iTunes. When connected, both devices only charge on both cables (USB-C). I have tried the Apple Devices app for Windows (I am running Windows 11) and uninstalled it after yet another failure. My iPhone is on the latest iOS update and my iPad is on iPadOS 16.1. I am not prompted with a "Trust this computer?" when connecting either device to my PC. It only has one USB-C port and I do not have another cable. After all this, iTunes still does not connect to either device.
