Apple TV 4K display issue
When I’m watching ATV my tv keeps flashing up the input and resolution every so often which is frustrating. See attached image. How do I stop this?

Could this be happening specifically when starting a new stream?
Under some conditions, the Apple TV box may send out a different type of video signal over HDMI (different frame rate, or dynamic range), which your TV will have to adjust to, and the TV may report of that fact in an overlay message. Whether you can suppress that notification, depends on the exact TV model and its settings options.
The Apple TV box has the option to switch the video signal based on the content to stream. You may disable that, to stream everything in the same frame rate and dynamic range, regardless of source properties.
