How can I air brush unwanted images like blemishes on photos

Does your Mac support the clean-up tool?  Clean Up is available in macOS 15.1 or later on Mac models with M1 or later, in most languages and regions, see:Requirements to use Clean Up in Photos


if your Mac supports it, use Clean Up as described here to remove distractions from your photo: Remove distractions and imperfections from your photos on Mac - Apple Support (EG)


If not, you will still be seeing the Retouch Brush in the adjustments pane and can brush away the imperfections.
