iPad randomly activating Siri and interrupting videos

I was wandering if Siri popping up randomly in the middle of the night talking like if someone had been talking to her is normal in an iPad. I was also wondering sometimes when I have video’s playing it randomly stops them on this iPad, and sometimes it is like someone is touching the screen when a video is playing when nothing is touching it.

Your iPad display may be failing. When that happens, ghost touches and missed touches are not unusual.

If you have screen-protective film, or a protective case, remove all of that and test again.

If problems persist, contact Apple Support.

Make sure you have a complete backup of your data, too.
