Kids screen time data suddenly not syncing on parents phone
We have an iPad for both our kids, and both were set up with screen time monitoring. Both have been working since they were set up and we could monitor their activity on our phones. Suddenly, with no changes made to either device, one of the tablets stopped reporting the screen time data to the parents phone section, but it’s shown on her tablet itself. I’ve tried restarting both decides, toggling on and off monitoring screen time and website activity (both options separately). Her username is only signed into one tablet. No option has worked.
On the parents side now it just spins like it’s updating and says “As this device is used, screen time will be reported here.” despite her using the tablet right in front of me. How can I fix this so I can monitor her screen usage again?
