Checking Google storage for data and photo backup after iPhone trade-in

With trade in offer I exchange iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16+. An avid photographer, I also added google to store my data. I have a Maxcbook air and an iPad.

Can I use both apple iCloud and google? If so, how do I heck on googles successful transference of data, especially photos?

That would depend on exactly what you did.

How did you “add” Google exactly? What did you do?

If you downloaded the Google Photos app for instance, and set it up to upload all your photos to it, you can log in to the https://photos.google.com website with your Google account and see if your photos are there.

Beyond that, you would really have to explain exactly what you did before anyone can even begin to advise.
