Hi I am thinking about buying a new iPad and I have found one in the refurbished section of the website. I still need to save for it and will probably have enough by next year. This specific iPad fits my budget and needs but I’m wondering if it will be available on Apple refurbished by next year, and if not, which ones will?

Items on Apple's refurbished pages tend to sell within a couple of weeks. When you have the funds for the one you want, keep checking the site to see what's available as what they have is constantly changing with what they have on hand at the time.

On some items, availability changes by the hour subject to stock on hand. As far as what happens a year out, we are not Apple so cannot know their plans, and Apple does not respond here.
We've bought a number of items from the Apple refurb site and I've learned that, if you see an item you really want, buy it now.
We have no way of knowing what may, or may not be available in the future.
