Is it these user-to-user forums to which you refer, ofA pple's main support pages at Official Apple Support ? They are very different, both functionally and in content..
These forums are not staffed by Apple but are rather a large community of end users gathered for mutual support. Aple does not respond here. Office Apple suport is a library of knowledge base articles established and maintained by Apple employees.
If you tell us which part of Apple.com is hard to use, we can better help in this user-to-user setting.
