Mobile Device USB driver in order to connect my ipad to iTunes.

You wouldn't expect to see the driver if iTunes has been installed from the Microsoft Store. You may need to remove and reinstall iTunes. Try iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community.
