Sunrise and sunset not working in Shortcuts and Automations on Apple Watch

I am trying to change my iWatch face at sunset and again at Sunrise and it doesn't work.

I have a shortcut that simply changes the watch face "Set Active Watch Face to Chronograph Pro"

I have an automation

Automation Run Immediatly

When At Sunrise, daily

Do Bright Watch

That is the name of the shortcut
