Sometimes when my girlfriend texts me, her message comes through as green. After I receive the green message, no more of her messages will go through to my phone. The only thing that seems to fix this is a reset.

Yes, I understand why they turned green. And the difference between iMessage and SMS. The problem is after it turns green her messages don’t come through any longer. they still appear on her end, but never reach me.
