turned off my icloud and some of my photos were deleted

so i have this issue with my phone that it shows that some of my photos and videos last october 4 were unable to load. then i turned off my "icloud sync" and apprently it got deleted. i looked my icloud and the photos/videos that were deleted are not there 😭 please the photos on that day are so special to me :(
