Is there some other problem you're not mentioning?
This screenshot doesn't appear to have come directly from your iPad, is that right? Did you import this from another source?
Depending on the transfer method, some pictures may be shown by Photos but not "owned" by Photos, so Photos can't delete them. If that's the case, then you may have to go back to the original source and re-do the transfer with an empty set.
Do you get the same result (greyed out delete icon) when selecting other photos, just this one, or specific others? If it is just specific screenshots, could they have been force-synced from a Mac or PC?
