Apple Watch Heart Rate Current Time

Maybe I’m missing something but when I check my current heart rate no matter what time it is it always says 8 pm! And when I check to see if rate lowered it does show change but still always time is 8 pm. How do I fix? (I cleaned sendor & fit is snug)
