i have owned many Apple devices and different accounts and would like to retrieve any photos I may have documented within accounts had and have usernames and some passwords devices and chips or SIM cards please help me

What Mac model and what OS version is it running?
This section mostly covers Macs made before 2006 but has turned into a wireless networking page, and gets few views. If we know the specific model (iMac; Macbook Pro; Mac Mini: etc) we can ask the moderators to move you to a more active and appropriate forums where you will get more views and faster help.
Also include if the photos are in Apple's Photos app or something else. The more details you can provide, the better the help available here in this setting where no one can see of remotely access your computer.

We are all users here, except for the few Moderators dealing with such administrative issues. We don't have any special access to your history, usernames, passwords, et cetera. You will have to tell us where the photos you are seeking might reside.
For example, do you still possess that old 2013 Mac? Does it still power up and run? Can you log into it?
